6. Have you been baptized for the remission of sins into the Church? Acts 2:38; I Cor 12:12-13. Yes or No

7. Are you a Christian? (Only answer yes if you answered yes to the first 6 questions.) Yes or No

IF YOU ANSWERED “NO” TO ANY OF THE ABOVE, CHRIST WILL ANSWER YOU IN THAT FINAL DAY LIKE THIS:
