2 पत्रुस 1:4

यसैद्वारा उहाँले हामीलाई उहाँको अनमोल र महान् प्रतिज्ञाहरू दिनुभएको छ, कि यस संसारका कुइच्छाबाट आउने भ्रष्टताबाट उम्केर तिमीहरू इश्वरीय स्वभावका सहभागी होओ।

यर्मिया 29:11

म यसो भन्छु किनभने तिमीहरूका निम्ति मैले बनाएका योजनाहरू म जान्दछु।” यो परमप्रभुबाट आएको सन्देश हो, “मसँग तिमीहरूको लागि राम्रो योजनाहरू छ। म तिमीहरूलाई चोट पुर्याउने योजना बनाउँदिन। मैले तिमीहरूलाई आशा र असल भविष्य दिने योजना गरेको छु।

मत्ती 11:28-29

“मकहाँ आऊ। जो थकित औ कष्टले दबिएकाहरू हो! म तिमीहरूलाई आत्माको निम्ति विश्राम दिनेछु। मेरो कामकुरो ग्रहण गर अनि मबाट सिक, म विनयी र विनम्र-हृदयको छु। अनि तिमीहरूले आफ्नो आत्मामा विश्राम पाउनेछौ।

यशैया 40:29-31

परमप्रभुले दुर्वल मानिसहरूलाई बलियो पार्न सहयोग गर्नु भयो।    उहाँले नै दुर्वल मानिसहरूलाई शक्तिशाली बनाउनु हुन्छ। जवान मानिसहरू थाक्छन र आरामको खाँचो पर्दछ,    तन्देरी केटाहरू पनि ढुन्मुनिदै लड्छन्।

तर तिनीहरू जसले परमप्रभुमाथि भरोसा गर्दछ। ऊ अझ बलियो हुन्छ अनि चीलहरू जस्तै आकासिन्छ।

ती मानिसहरू दुर्वल नभई दगुर्छन्।ती मानिसहरू थकित नभई हिँड्छन्।

फिलिप्पी 4:19

मेरो परमेश्वरसँग ख्रीष्ट येशूमा पाइने महिमामय सम्पत्ति छ अनि उहाँले तिमीहरूको प्रत्येक खाँचो पुरा गर्नु हुनेछ। येशूको महिमाले मेरा परमेश्वर खुबै धनी हुनुहुन्छ र ती धन ख्रीष्टमा हुने तिमीहरूका हरेक खाँचो पूरा गर्न खर्च गर्नुहुनेछ।

रोमी 8:37-39

तर परमेश्वरको प्रेमको कारणले हामी ती सबै कुराहरूमा पूर्ण विजयी बन्छौं। 38-39 हो, म निश्चिन्त छु कि कुनै चीजले पनि हामीलाई परमेश्वरको प्रेमबाट अलग पार्न सक्तैन न मृत्यु वा जीवनले न स्वर्गदूतहरू वा शासन गर्ने आत्माहरूले न त कुनै वर्तमानका वा भविष्यका कुराले न त कुनै माथिका वा तलका शक्तिले न त सारा संसारको कुनै अरू सिर्जित कुराले हाम्रो परमेश्वरको प्रेमबाट हामीलाई अलग गर्न सक्नेछ जो हाम्रा प्रभु ख्रीष्ट येशूमा छ।

हितोपदेश 1:33

तर त्यो मानिस जसले मलाई पछ्याउँछ ऊ सधैँ सुरक्षित रहनेछ। त्यस्ता मानिस अचानक आइपर्ने खतराहरूबाट सुरक्षित रहनेछन्।”

यूहन्ना 14:27

“म तिमीहरूलाई मेरो शान्ति छोड्दछु, यो मेरो आफ्नै शान्ति तिमीहरूलाई दिंदछु। म तिमीहरूलाई शान्ति दिन्छु, यो त्यो शान्ति होइन जुन संसारले दिन्छ। यसकारण तिमीहरूको हृदय विचलित नहोस् अनि कुनै विषयमा पनि नडराऊ।

रोमी 10:9

यदि तिमीहरूले “येशू नै प्रभु हुनुहुन्छ,” भन्न मुख खोल्यौ भने अनि यदि परमेश्वरले येशूलाई मृत्युबाट बौराउनु भयो भन्ने कुरामा तिमीहरू विश्वास गर्छौ भने, तिमीहरूको उद्धार हुनेछ।

रोमी 6:23

जब मानिसहरूले पाप गर्दछन्, तिनीहरूले पापको ज्याला कमाउँछन् जो चाँहि मृत्यु हो। तर परमेश्वरले आफ्ना मानिसहरूलाई मूल्य रहित उपहार दिनु हुन्छ जुन हाम्रा ख्रीष्ट येशू प्रभुमा अनन्त जीवन हो।

Jesus ७ Commandments

Love One Another

John 13:34-35 “A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another.  By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.”

Pray for your Enemies

Matthew 5:44-45 “Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, so that you may be sons of your Father who is in heaven. For he makes his sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust.”

Repent

Matthew 4:17 “From that time Jesus began to preach, saying, “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.”

Believe that Jesus is in the Father

John 14:11 “Believe me that I am in the Father and the Father is in me, or else believe on account of the works themselves.“

Take up your Cross and Follow Me

Matthew 16:24-25 “Then Jesus told his disciples, “If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross and follow me.  For whoever would save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake will find it.”

Go and Make Disciples

Matthew 28:18-20 “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”

Pray Always

Luke 21:36 “But stay awake at all times, praying that you may have strength to escape all these things that are going to take place, and to stand before the Son of Man.”

Jesus says for us, in the context of Luke 21, to stay alert because His coming could be at any moment (Luke 21:29-35).  He commands us to pray:

• at all times (Luke 21:36),
• not using vain repetitions (Matt 6:7-8),
• to the Lord of the Harvest for more laborers (Luke 10:2),
• so that we won’t enter into temptations (Luke 22:40, 46),
• to the Father in secret (Matt 6:6),
• for God’s will and the kingdom to come, for the forgiveness of our sins, and for our needs (Luke 11:3-4),
• for those who despitefully use us (Luke 6:28).

When the disciples came to Jesus they didn’t ask Him “Lord, teach us to preach; teach us to heal; teach us to minister….but teach us how to pray (Luke 11:1) because they saw that Jesus was truly a Man of prayer.
